Michael Baumann joined Amrop Jenewein as a senior consultant in 2009.

Michael has been working in the fields of human resources and executive search since 2003. He started his career in the FMCG sector and then moved on to the Austrian Ministry of Defence.

Before joining Amrop Jenewein, Michael spent 3 years working for a local executive search firm.

At Amrop Jenewein Michael specialises in executive search with a focus on the telecommunications & media and professional services sectors. In addition, he has wide-ranging experience in the public sector and in human resources development.

Michael speaks German and is fluent in English. He holds a Masters degree in Psychology from the universities of Salzburg and Innsbruck with an emphasis on psychosocial diagnostics and labour psychology.
