Jenewein consultancy was founded more than 30 years ago with the aim of providing companies with comprehensive and personal advice on every aspect of human resource change processes. This commitment remains just as strong today! From the very beginning, our Group has supported the internationalisation of our clients and grown as they have. In 1999, prompted by the fall of the Iron Curtain and the development of the markets in Central and Eastern Europe, Jenewein joined Amrop, the world’s largest executive search network.
With three decades of experience under our belt we can draw upon extensive local expertise combined with regional and global reach.

In 2003 Günther Tengel took over the company as the managing partner following a management buyout. Since 2005 he has also served as the Chairman of Amrop CEE.
Today we are one of Austria’s leading executive search companies and as part of a major global consultancy group we function as the competence centre and hub for Central and Eastern Europe. The main areas of our work are executive search, professional search and human capital performance.
